Our extensive licensing allows us to provide a wide range of services across these areas, ensuring a broad reach and the ability to cater to the needs of various communities within these counties around the clock, including in emergency situations.

Under the guidance of our founder, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience with FPL’s distribution system and years of managing an electrical contracting services company that caters to utilities, institutional, commercial, and residential clients, EEE has consistently established new benchmarks in safety over the past two decades. For our team, safety transcends mere compliance; it is the foundation of our operations. As such, we implement a stringent protocol throughout our daily internal procedures and in the field while fulfilling customers orders’. Every employee is mandated to complete a comprehensive in-house safety course based on our own training manual and policies. We also regularly implement safety values and accident prevention strategies to reach our goals of zero injuries and zero incidents. From management to field personnel, we collaborate to uphold the highest workplace practices that foster a safe, positive, and ethical working environment.
Hiring Practices
All new employees of EEC must undergo a comprehensive background check, as well as verification of their licenses and certifications, along with drug testing. It is essential that all new hires familiarize themselves with the company’s safety and training manual and policies, acknowledging their complete understanding of such as a prerequisite for employment.
Drug Testing / Drug Free Workplace
EEC is a drug free workplace and has strict guidelines in place to ensure compliance with its policies, including random drug testing for all its employees.
Certifications
All new hires who require licenses or certifications undergo thorough verification as a condition of their employment. EEC boasts a strong ratio of journeymen within its workforce, with 32 certified journeymen currently on staff. Furthermore, all employees needing certification for specific tasks such as operating forklifts, working in manholes, CPR, and others, are certified prior to commencing any work.
Training
EEC offers a strong safety and training program. For its apprentice program, it partners with ABCI to provide apprentice training for its employees, and currently employees are undergoing such training. Additionally, other in-house training certifications offered include forklift operation, CPR, aerial devices, confined space training, leadership skills, as well as pole-top and manhole rescue.
